    Summer of Learning for Elementary Students

    Summer Program for Current Elementary School Students

    Summer learning for elementary students is a high quality virtual program for students currently in kindergarten through 5th grade. This year we will be focused on: how to be a virtual learner, social emotional well being, mathematical concepts, and literacy strategies that make reading fun!

    When: July 6 - August 7, 2020

    Where: Online. These programs will operate in a virtual manner, so hours and days will vary by the individual needs of our students and their families.

    Who: All current kindergarten - 5th grade students. Lessons and materials will be uploaded to their Schoology page and virtual lessons will begin the week of July 6.

    Daily schedule: This is a self-paced program where students will have access to recordings and materials on their Schoology page. The lessons average 30 minutes per day and can be done at any time. Students may also choose to focus on a particular subject if they don't want to do all lessons.

    Cost: Free

    Summer Bridge Program for Students Entering Middle School

    Summer Bridge Program for Future 6th Grade Students

    This bridge course for students entering 6th grade next year will focus on developing the skills and mindset necessary for this transition. Students will develop organizational, time management, and self-care skills to successfully navigate middle school.  

    When: July 6 - Five lessons will be loaded into student's Schoology account and students can work through the lessons at their own pace.

    Where:  Online. This program will operate in a virtual manner. Hours and days will vary by individual needs of students and their families. 

    Who: All students entering 6th grade

    Cost: Free
